Grape Breakfast Tacos
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups halved grapes 1 banana, peeled and sliced 1 mango, peeled, pitted and sliced 1 8 oz. can pineapple chucks* (in their own juice) *Reserve 2 Tbsp. of pineapple juice 6 flour tortillas 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Directions
Combine grapes, banana, mango, and pineapple chunks in a large bowl. Toss to mix. In separate bowl, stir together reserved pineapple juice, vanilla yogurt and coconut. Warm tortillas. Spoon fruit onto the center of each tortilla. Spoon yogurt sauce over fruit. Fold tortilla to hold fruit and serve.
