Dessert Ingredients

  • 1 (750-ml) bottle Moscato wine or other sweet dessert wine
  • 2 cups simple syrup, recipe follows
  • 1 Culinary Secrets cinnamon stick, broken in 1/2, 24216
  • 2 tablespoons Katy’s Kitchen honey, 11535
  • 1 (3/4-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled, and finely chopped, 78459
