Vegetarianism

A vegetarian is someone who adheres to a particular diet that excludes some, if not all animal products. The basis of their diet is plants. All vegetarians are not alike; they have different lifestyles and different reasons for being vegetarian. Some choose to be vegetarian because of religious beliefs, others out of compassion for animals, and some for health reasons. Accommodating vegetarians and can sometimes seem like a rather difficult task because there are so many types of vegetarians. Wellness Solutions "Vegetarianism" offers a glimpse into the world of a vegetarian and the foods that are suitable for some or all vegetarians.
